Welcome to Boss Fight Club. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (bossfightclub.pro) and our training services in Pechersk, Kyiv. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Boss Fight Club provides boxing, Thai boxing, kickboxing, fight fitness and kids classes at our facility in Pechersk, Kyiv, on both a group and personal-training basis.

3. Bookings & Payments

Sessions and packages may be booked online, by phone, or in person. Prices are listed in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and may change from time to time. Payment is due at or before the time of your session unless otherwise agreed.

4. Class Packages

Group packages (6, 8 or 12 sessions) and single sessions are personal to you, non-transferable, and valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unused sessions are forfeited after the validity period.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancelling or rescheduling personal training and packages.

6. Health, Fitness & Assumption of Risk

Combat sports and physical training carry inherent risks of injury. By participating, you confirm that you are physically fit to train and you assume all associated risks. Please read our Disclaimer in full.

7. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to treat coaches, staff and other members with respect, follow all safety instructions, and use equipment appropriately. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw service from anyone behaving unsafely or disrespectfully.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and videos — is the property of Boss Fight Club or its licensors and may not be reproduced or reused without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boss Fight Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
